➡️What is GiLE4Youth conference? 

This scientific conference is a knowledge hub and a networking opportunity for graduate students, early-career researchers and entry-level graduates to meet entrepreneurs, HR and L&D professionals, coaches, trainers and, of course, established researchers! GiLE advocates for the development of transferable skills among today’s youth and a greater level of solidarity, collaboration and synergy in youth-focused initiatives, with a particular focus on youth employability and youth empowerment. This event supports efforts toward SDG 4 (promoting lifelong learning) and 8.6 (promoting youth employment)

Following on from the success of the inaugural “GiLE4Youth” online conference in April 2021, the Global Institute for Lifelong Empowerment (GiLE)and its scientific journal the GiLE Journal of Skills Development will be holding the event again on 2nd June 2022.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Emotional Intelligence Coaching and Giving Feedback

 

Presenters should aim to make connections between the above areas of focus and their own academic or business sphere of activity. The sharing of research findings, corporate case studies and storytelling from the worlds of education and training are all encouraged regardless of academic discipline (e.g., humanities, social science, natural science, formal science, and applied science)or business domain.

 

👉If you apply to give an academic presentation, you will have a chance to submit your research paper to feature in the Book of Abstracts and the GiLE4YOUTH’22 Conference Proceedings. A selection of the best papers can be selected to be published in our double-blind peer-reviewed open access journal, the GiLE Journal of Skills Development(GJSD) with an ISSN number and a DOI number. If you apply to give a talk, you will have a chance to submit a summary of your talk or may choose to have our scholars write a review for inclusion in the GiLE4YOUTH’22 Conference Proceedings, which will be published after the Conference.
