Every year, thousands of founders, operators, investors and policymakers share their experiences of building and investing in European tech. Their insights inform one of the ecosystem’s most widely cited reports, with findings used by the European Commission, national governments and the international media.

This year, we are exploring some of the defining questions facing European tech: public trust in AI, the race for talent, European resilience and sovereignty, the late-stage funding gap, and where policymakers should act first.
