EIT Campus is conducting a short needs analysis to explore how micro-credentials and lifelong learning can better address the evolving skills needs of Europe’s innovation ecosystem.

The initiative aims to understand how organisations approach workforce development, which skills they need for the future, and how flexible learning opportunities can support their teams.

The questionnaire is aimed at corporates, SMEs and start-ups, particularly professionals working in:

• Innovation and R&D
